For chapter header images, these use a folder under Research called 'Images' and a metadata list called 'swords' applied to each chapter to hold the name of the image you want to use for that chapter. - See tutorial above
Use the 'Chapter with Title' section layout to add the header images.

I created a basic setup with two types of Chapter Headers, insert your images into the Chapter Header Master Pages to use
